Some cloudiness in the amber/gold body. Average size, off white head, but look quickly because it fades pretty fast. Aroma varies little past citrus, particularly grapefruit. Taste is similarly hop dominated, and again, grapefruit is most noticeable. But wait, there is something below the surface, earthy, musty, herbal and pithy, most evident in the aftertaste. Like something from an experimental hop variety. Medium bodied with a lingering finish.

Gold with some chill haze, dense white head, great retention and lace.
Grapefruit zest and a little bit of dank aroma
Tastes like grapefruit
Medium bodied, appropriate carbonation
They fully accomplished what they were going for, and I commend them.

Has a hazy appearance in the "unfiltered" style. Not NEIPA this is American IPA through and through. Aroma is very floral.
Taste follows the nose with a nice chewy body and perfect IPA balance of hops and malts and touch of bitter to round out finish. n fact I think the fish on the can pays hommage to a very close resemblance to a more well known floral hopped IPA with a fish on the label. Excellent work here by Peabody Heights.

Looks alright, a darker amber. Smells really delicious, high notes of citrus carried by hops make the mouth water. Tasted unique, the grapefruit taste is noticeable and tastes less contrived than what some HIPAs offer. .

Poured from the can into a Spiegelau IPA glass. Packaged May 21st 2020.

Supper fine bubbles, a real foamy fine froth of a good easily tall three fingers plus height, but settles slowly, with only a little bit of lacing. Somewhat bight orange, with a muted clarity and some good carbonation.

Aroma only has a fine hint of specific grapefruit, but the hop angle carries simply. Light touches of citrus zest and oils, with a little bit of malt sweetness hinting as well. Hints a little bit of cream interestingly too.

Palate goes rather simply. Fruit forward with oily zesty citrus notes on first sip. Body hits a little weak malt and just a touch wet as well thouh. Much of the grapefruit quality does continue with only a slightly weakend malt backbone. Not horribly sweet either.

Doesn't quite get the memorable West Coast angle down perfectly, but still manages a pleasant IPA experience.
