An old-school rye IPA that's dark in the glass with a pleasant spiciness from the rye malt. Expect a touch more hoppy bitterness than our typical hazy IPAs, but still plenty of bright citrus.

Murky, reddish-amber appearance with an average size white head and a fair amount of lacing. Spicy aroma, keep getting celery for some reason. Toss in a bit of tropical fruit as well. Different but not unpleasant. Taste is more straightforward. Still earthy and spicy, turning more piney, with a satisfying level of bitterness. Malts stay firmly in the background. Dry finish.

Hazy light brown (kinda looks like a mud puddle), thick tan head, great retention, rings of lace
Lots of tropical fruit and resiny hop aroma
Bready malt, fruity and resiny hops
Medium bodied, kinda slick, appropriate carbonation
Pretty good, the resin makes it, butt ugly, though
