A Maryland Terroir Pilsner brewed with hyper-local Maryland malt and honey. It's crisp with a mild, malty sweetness. Fun fact, in addition to being a plant, Sassafras is Maryland's state soil.

Hazy yellow appearance with a large white head that disappeared quickly while leaving only scant lacing. Sweet malt aroma with modest hoppiness. Grainy. rye-like flavor. The hops are more assertive in the taste, not in a fruity way, but spicier and more floral. Moderately bitter. Crisp, well carbonated, medium bodied mouthfeel.
