The brew team took a trip to Yakima WA to hand select hops for this year. In total, we'll use 5 acres of hops in 2022 to brew premium beers like this one.

Murky, opaque mustard colored body under a large white head that left light lacing. Aroma follows in the footprints of what is expected from the style: tropical fruit and citrus although there is a hint of pepper in the background. Taste does not stray from that formula. Soft, fruity mouthfeel with no perceptible bitterness.
