Poured from the can into a Spiegelau IPA glass.
Pale yellow, almost hinting green like with an interesting sort of haze in the body appearance. Plentiful carbonation, with a nice really bright white rocky head. Reaching tall at three fingers with big bubbles as well.
Delicious hop forward nose. Touches gum drop and fruity tropical notes with NEIPA like character. Neutral malt and yeast presence doesn't add much else to this brews character.
Palate is quite nice. Chewy like mouthfeel with a mid palate that hits with nice sweetness of soft tropical fruit, cake like sweetness that is almost vanilla, and a faint touch of orange citrus. Finishes rich tasting, with a light touch of herbal bitterness, but a real accented sweetness that isn't overboard.
Comes out almost like a chewy effervescent somewhat NEIPA, but just very well put together and delicious IPA nonetheless.
