Once a year we ride with Paria! Celebrating our love of beer and cycling, we're pushing the pedal to the metal on a 60 mile cycle around Yorkshire. When we pass the finish line we're going to be thirsty!
In this years Paria IPA we're going back to our house New England style. Extra pale malt and oats give this beer a deep yellow hue and opaque appearance. A small amount of bitterness in combination with the malt grist makes room for the fresh, smooth, juicy flavours that come from generous dry hopping. Comet hops bring lustrous flavours of pine, resin and pink grapefruit that entwine with sharp passion fruit flavours from a big dose of Australian Galaxy hops, whilst El Dorado provides distinct flavours of juicy fleshy pear, honey melon and stone fruit.

400ml can.
L: Cloudy, marmalade colour with a fluffy head that recedes slowly to a smear with lacing.
S: Sharp tropical fruit.
T: Bitter orange, mango, cantaloupe, resin. Moderate bitterness.
F: Medium body with light carbonation. Soft and chewy mouthfeel gives way to a long, very dry finish and some alcohol heat.
O: Super smooth, juicy, astringent, tropical fruit, American-style IPA. Plenty of oats make for a soft & smooth mouthfeel. Bountiful New World hops from both hemispheres. Probably too easy-drinking for its 6% ABV.
