Pours a hazy golden amber coloration with a medium, foamy head. Smell is bright and hoppy, with some light biscuity malt and juicy notes of citrus and tropical fruit. Taste is a great balance of sweet, juicy tropical and zesty citrus notes of mango, passion fruit, orange and grapefruit, as well as light dankness and mild pine. Finishes bittersweet, with a light bitterness and hop burn and some citrus/tropical notes and pine lingering in the aftertaste. Soft mouthfeel with a medium body and carbonation.
Great NEIPA that stills tastes fantastic at 4 months old. Perhaps a little too sweet for my personal taste, but still very well-balanced with a good bitterness and hop burn in the aftertaste.
