A soft and light DDH IPA. Using a simple malt bill of just extra pale malt and flaked oats this IPA takes an opposite turn from its predecessor, Dots & Loops. Whilst Dots & Loops featured a thick mouthfeel with ripe stone fruit and tropical flavours, Loops & Dots is light, silky and carries a generous dry hop of Galaxy and Hallertau Blanc then finished with a touch of Simcoe. This combination of hops brings vinous and floral aroma with flavours of passionfruit, peach and subtle pine.

Pours a hazy, orange coloration with a medium, fluffy head. Smells of light biscuity malt and and tropical and stone fruit notes of passion fruit and peach, as well as some citrus and white grape. Taste is a great balance of light biscuity malt, juicy tropical notes of passion fruit and mango, sweet peach, zesty grapefruit and slightly acidic white grape, with just the merest hint of pine coming through in the aftertaste. Finishes with a light bitterness and some passion fruit, peach, white grape and light pine lingering in the aftertaste. Soft mouthfeel with a medium body and carbonation.

A great NEIPA that has a great balance between sweet and juicy passion fruit, mango and peach, zesty grapefruit and slightly tangy and acidic white grape going on, the combination between Galaxy and Hallertau Blanc works really well here, with Simcoe providing just a lightly bitter and piney edge. Finishes quite tangy and a little bitter, which may be out of character for a NEIPA, but is just the way I personally like it.
