Sea of Serenity is a new IPA which continues our adventures with Bru-1 hops (as previously seen in our NEIPA brewed with Monyo Brewing Co). It washes over you with a silky and light mouthfeel which is backed up with a sherberty and bright bitter finish. Hop classic, Mosaic, throws its signature dankness whilst the ever increasingly hop favourite of ours, El Dorado, softens the blow with its fleshy pear and watermelon characteristics, Bru-1 finishes the party with a splash of strawberry and red liquorice. Sip, enjoy and let the Sea of Serenity wash over you and tell you that everything will be alright in the end.

440ml can.
L: Cloudy, orange/yellow colour with a massive, fluffy, long-lasting head that leaves layer upon layer of lacing.
S: A quarter of sherbert lemon in a paper bag.
T: Yellow grapefruit, lemon pith, grape juice, chalk dust.
F: Soft and smooth mouthfeel. Clean, dry finish. Dries the edge of the tongue but not astringent. Perfect!
O: A juicy but dry, incredibly moreish, NEIPA from Leeds, Yorkshire. Really top drawer. Oats and wheat working overtime. Masterful.

Pours a hazy light orange with fine, soapy head that levaes a lot of lacing on the glass.

Smell is juicy with notes of mango, pineapple, citrus and some elderflower. Fruity, dank and just a hint of tartness.

Taste is juicy with a solid dankness. Notes of mango, pineapple, citrus, melon and elderflower. Soft, but solid, bitterness and a crisp, dry finish. Superb balance.

Mouthfeel is medium, soft and pillowy, with good carbonation.

Overall, an excellent, English NE IPA. Great combo between juicy and flavorful. Best of both worlds.
