Kveik IPA brewed with Sabro, Bru-1 and Mosaic.
Expect tropical flavours (hello pineapple! hello coconut!), slight savoury spice, and an ever changing farmhouse profile from wunderkid Kveik yeast.
It’s tasting ace now... and if our last Kveik IPA is anything to go by we can expect this one to develop and improve over the next couple of weeks!

Pours a hazy orange with thick head leaving lots of lacing.
Smell is crisp, bright and fruity with notes of peach pricot and pineapple, with a hint of melon.
Taste is fruity and juicy with notes of peach, apricot, melon, citrus, grass and citrus peel with hints of pineapple and apple. Soft bitterness, with a dry finish.
Mouthfeel is medium, soft and well carbonated.
Overall, a very nice kveik IPA, fruity and flavorful.

440ml can.
L: Cloudy, deep orange with a massive, foaming head.
S: Fresh pineapple juice with a yeasty backbone.
T&F: Underripe tropical fruit and some subtle & smooth funk. Moderate, spicy bitterness.
O: Loads of depth to this extra fruity IPA. Not juicy, almost herbal, quite acidic, but very clean and fresh. Interesting and unusual, as well as tasty.
