Lines of Symmetry, a bold and incredibly smooth double IPA. Taking a new water profile onto a slick malt base made up of flaked oats, wheat and extra pale malt, we've loaded it up with one of Australia's most notorious hops; Galaxy. We've countered Galaxy with German Huell Melon. The two combine to make a juicy DIPA full of clementine juice flavour, chewy dankness, sweet apricot and honey melon.

Pours a hazy, bright orange coloration with a large, fluffy head. Smells of light biscuity malt and juicy, vibrant tropical/citrus hops, with distinct notes of passion fruit, lighter tangerine and dank accents. Taste is an excellent balance of very light biscuity malt and juicy, dank, tangy hops, with fruity tropical, citrus, stone fruit and berry notes of passion fruit, honeydew melon, tangerine, peach and just a hint of strawberry. Finishes with a light bitterness and some passion fruit, peach and dank accents lingering in the aftertaste. Soft, pillowy mouthfeel with a medium body and carbonation.
This makes for a great New England IPA with an interesting hop combination that works out very well and gives a much more broad variety of flavors than you might expect from the hops used, ranging from tropical and citrus to stone fruit and red berry notes, with some dank accents as well, while the tangy passion fruit is pretty dominant here, with a great, soft and pillowy mouthfeel as well.

440ml can. A juicy but dank New England-style DIPA. It’s a brash, highly alcoholic, overripe tropical fruit smoothie. Body is very full and mouthfeel is rich (plenty of oats!). Although not particularly dry, it’s decidedly bitter. Alcohol burn is evident throughout.
