Brewed for the second anniversary of English beer store Premier Hop.
2 years young! Its been a rollercoaster year for sure, but in true style we wanted to end it on a high. We got together with North Brew and decided on a big ol juicy DIPA! Hope you enjoy it :)
We threw in 60kg of Nelson hops, joining the party we have Amarillo, Simoce & Citra!

Pours a hazy orange with soft, fine head.
Smell is juicy and a bit peppery with notes of gooseberries, grapes, white wine and citrus.
Taste is juicy and intense with a hint of booze. Notes of grapes, gooseberries, citrus, pineapple and some white pepper. Solid bitterness with a hint of sweetness.
Mouthfeel is medium, soft, pillowy and smooth. Well carbonated.
Overall, a terrific DIPA that lets the Nelson shine.
