Springwell Pils is a crisp and refreshing Pilsner Beer. Brewed using German Pilsner Malt and Cara Gold it has a body with glimmering golden colour and light sweetness. A lengthy bottom fermentation gives Springwell Pils it’s light, clean and fresh profile whilst a light dry hop of modern German Callista and noble Mittelfruh finishes the beer with delicate tart gooseberry, fresh herb and floral characteristics.

On tap at the source.

Pours a clear yellow with fine head.

Smell is clean, crisp, light and crackery. A bit floral with notes of citrus and wheat dough.

Taste is light clean, crisp and floral. Notes of citrus, rye and wheat dough with a moderate bitterness. Extremely refreshing.

Mouthfeel is medium, creamy and well carbonated.

Overall, a very nice modern pilsner, perfect for a hot summer day.

440ml can. Hazy, amber coloured lager with many streams of bubbles and a large, fluffy, long-lasting head that leaves arcs of lacing. On the sweeter end of the spectrum with moderate bitterness and grassy hop flavours. Mouthfeel is smooth and foaming. A attractive, hoppy, super refreshing bohemian-style pilsener from Leeds, England.
