A delicate and light Pale Ale super charged with Cashmere hops and finished with Mosaic. Soft peaches, tangerine, melon and lemongrass stand affront on the pallet while Mosaic backs up with quiet pine bitterness and juicy blueberry characteristics. Kick back, close your eyes and let the Sea Of Nectar wash over you.

440ml can.
L: Pineapple juice with two fingers of dense, creamy, white head.
S: Could smell the aroma of sun-ripened peaches while pouring. Tangerine and lemon rind emerged over time.
T: An unusual flavour that melds delicate tropical fruit with what at first tasted like Turkish Delight but altered quickly to coconut (yeah, I know, very different flavours but somehow this light and fruity pale ale evolved quickly). Bitterness is light.
F: Light body, very soft mouthfeel.
O: For a ddh pale ale this is incredibly delicate and beautifully balanced. Fantastic cashmere hops. And only 4.8% ABV!
