We've dedicated this Triple Fruited Gose to the thickest + tastiest tropical fruit, with nothing but Mango! Being showcased in all it's glory, Mango's juicy, soft, sweet + slightly bitter qualities balance beautifully against the signature salty goodness of our base Gose recipe.

Pours an opaque, deep orange coloration with a large, frothy head that quickly recedes to nothing. Smells of light biscuity malt and a vibrant mango note, as well as hints of sea salt. Taste follows the nose, with an excellent balance of light biscuity malt, quite a vibrant, sweet and tart mango character and hints of sea salt coming through as well, with a very pleasant underlying acidity, while the lactose thankfully remains very much in the background here. Finishes with a light/medium acidity and some mango and hints of sea salt lingering in the aftertaste. Soft mouthfeel with a m,edium body and mouthfeel.
While I wouldn't really call this a Gose, a bit of a pet peeve of mine, it certainly makes for a very enjoyable Fruited Kettle Sour with a very vibrant, fruity mango character and excellent balance of sweet and acidic notes, with just the right amount of salt as well, while the lactose is hardly noticeable here, perhaps adding just a bit of sweetness and improving the mouthfeel. Overall, this makes for a very refreshing, well-balance Sour Ale that's just perfect for the summertime, with a surprisingly full body and mouthfeel that belies the 4.5% ABV here.

440ml can. Dark orange with no head at all - looks like a glass of freshly squeezed mango juice. Mango aroma becomes increasingly juicy as it warms. Tastes strongly of ripe mango with a sour tang and a distinctly salty edge. Smooth mouthfeel, full-bodied and lightly dry. More a fruit juice than a beer but the salty gose base really balances out the rich mango. Not cloying at all. This TFG series is always interesting and usually enjoyable.
