Our signature thick, slick and salty Triple Fruited Gose recipe made up of a big dose of oats, ale malt, salt and lactose infused with Organic Tayberry sourced from the Scottish Highlands. It’s raspberry, but more. Earthy and aromatic juice filled Raspberry upfront with a succulent tart blackberry in the background and a dry tannin finish.

440ml can. A tayberry is a cross between a raspberry and a blackberry so similar to, but larger and sweeter than, a loganberry. And this tastes exactly how you would expect. It’s summery, it has a LOT of soft berry aroma and flavour, and it looks like homemade cranberry juice. It’s tangy rather than sour and it disappoints compared to the souring technique used for the peach + brown sugar + cinnamon collaboration with Vertere that I sampled at the same time. Nothing to dislike here but a bit too much like Robinson’s Summer Fruits Barley Water for me.
