A rich and smooth IPA where we trialled a new dry hopping technique using the most iconic hop duo, Citra + Mosaic. Sweet, juicy blueberry and sharp fresh cut pineapple flavour upfront and odorous dank aroma make for a straight talking and instantly satisfying IPA.

Pours a hazy light orange with fluffy head.
Smell is juicy and a bbit sweet with notes of peach, orange, vanilla, peach candy and some floral hints.
Taste is juicy and sweet with notes of peach, orange, pineapple and some vanilla. Soft bitteress with a floral hint on the finish. Well balanced with zero hop burn.
Mouthfeel is medium, soft and pillowy with good carbonation.
Overall, a terrific NE IPA, balanced just right.

440ml can. A big, fresh, velvet smooth NEIPA with plenty of alcohol in the finish. Mango, blueberry and orange pith are dominant. Doesn’t have that slightly burned edge associated with dry-hopping so the new technique is making a difference. Another excellent NEIPA from Leeds, England.
