A big, unapologetic West Coast IPA. US classics Chinook and Cascade take hold with their intense and sticky resinous character and Azacca finishing with its uncompromising fresh and zesty passion fruit flavour. All laid on a luscious, smooth, biscuity and bitter, caramelised apple malt base.

440ml can.
L: Cloudy, amber colour with two fingers of sticky, lumpy, long-lasting head and rings of lacing.
S: Apple crumble and caramel.
T: Marmalade. Very, very, very dense. Sweet and alcoholic.
F: Very sticky with a hot, dry finish.
O: Totally OTT DIPA. Bitter, heavy and uncompromising. Huge blast of alcohol heat. 440ml is a ludicrous serving size if you’re not sharing with a group. A bit mad, frankly.
