Our third collaboration with Newcastle’s Full Circle Brewing Co brings us to making an IPA perfect for sipping in the sunshine! An extra fine and fluffy base made up of pale malt, oats and chit malt sets the tone for laid back easy drinking! One of our favourite hop combos, Citra and El Dorado, creates a bright squash of sweet fleshy pear, orange and peach with Yakima Chief's CRYO POP™ blend bringing a succulent tropical fruit salad medley. The chorus of fruits doesn’t stop there. We finished the beer by circulating it through lemon zest to draw out bright, balmy and tart flavours and aromatics. The result is an undoubtable, proper sunshine refresher!

440ml can from Tesco supermarket (£3.35):
Light golden & hazy, a 2cm bubbly white head & strong citrus/lemon hops from the nose with pine & some stone fruits too. Quite bitter tasting, more lemon & citrus but it's basic - not as fruity here sadly. It's well carbonated & tangy but lets itself down after the nose.

440ml can.
L: Opaque dark yellow with a long-lasting head that leaves rings of lacing.
S: Lemon zest and lemon sherbet. Really inviting. Made my mouth water.
T: Heaps more lemon zest plus underripe pineapple, banana and mango. A nicely drying, chalky finish.
F: Light body with a smooth mouthfeel, a hint of carbonation and a crisp finish.
O: An approachable, easy-drinking citrusy AIPA. Clean and super refreshing on a hot summer afternoon. Would make a very solid BBQ beer, although 6% is pushing it just a tad.
