Witness the thicccness. We’ve hooked up with Leeds’ finest sauce slinger, Luca at Thiccc Sauce to collaborate on a Mexican mole inspired chocolate + chilli stout.
A big dose of chocolate malt, backed up with munich, crystal, mild ale, black, special B and amber malt provide an insanely smooth and rich dark chocolate base. Believe us when we say, it is REALLY chocolaty! Luca brought his chilli knowledge to the table providing Pasilla, Chipotle, Ancho and Mulato for the brew. We toasted and deseeded 20KG of Pasilla, Chipotle, Ancho and Mulato peppers, soaking them in the stout in our hop canon, sending the beer back into the tank and repeating the process until the spice was nice! We finished off the beer by infusing cacao nibs, vanilla and cinnamon to round it all off and heighten the chocolatey base.
Lashings of deliciously smooth chocolate and fudge kick it all off, with a roasty backbone through the middle and a mild, sweet and smoky heat that builds throughout!

440ml can.
L: Black with a thin mocha head that quickly evaporates.
S: Nicely smoky. More than a hint of bbq.
T: Liquorice and just a hint of Mexican chilli (mainly ancho which are mild and fruity). Bitterness is light.
F: Medium/light body but ultra smooth with a little slick and a perfectly clean finish. Really good.
O: Beautifully refined. Light and clean. Chilli is dialled way back, offering a lovely smokiness but very little heat. 8% tho…
