A complex malt grist of extra pale, pilsner, vienna, flaked oats and a little wheat provide the perfect soft yet strong base to pack a punch of flavour with the hop additions. The first being Chinook, added during the boil, bringing flavours of crushed pine and a refreshing bitterness, balancing against Centennial and Idaho 7 during the whirlpool. Notes of Papaya and soft peach are at the forefront, with a hefty dose of El Dorado, Chinook and Citra used for the dry hop. This is one juicy and refreshing Double Session IPA.

On tap at North Brewing Taproom in Leeds.
Pours a hazy orange with soft head.
Smell is fruity with notes of citrus, peach, pine and some green tea.
Taste is fruity with notes of peach syrup, melon and citrus. Soft bitterness with a slightly sharp piney hint.
Mouthfeel is medium soft and well carbonated.
Overall, a very nice hybrid IPA, let down slightly by the sharp finish.
