1516 brewer Christian “pimped” his recipe. Still is a dark Lager, this time with an addition of roasted malts. Brewed with Munich Malt, this is a “real” Dark Lager, not a colored Helles. Big breweries avoid Munich Malt because of it`s unfermentable sugars.
