Draft at the brewery.
Huge frothy creamy head retains forever, pillowy with sticky lacing, clear pilsner color
Nose toasted grainy malt, spelt, earthy unmalted barley, earthy grassy hops, little lemon and lemongrass
Taste more toasted pilsner malt, but unique lemon flavor, lemongrass, lemon shandy, little creamy, little stale grain almost like farmhouse phenol influence, touch of earthy hop too that turns slight spicy on the dry finish
Mouth is med to lighter bod, descent fizzy carb
