Weissbier hopped with American Cascade hops. Big, fluffy white head. The usual yeasty banana and clove laden aroma but with a citrusy, lemongrass-esqe twist. Super drinkable. The liter disappears quickly. Soft, smooth texture. Bright hop notes are very apparent. An American twist on a hefe in the heart of Vienna. Brings back fond memories of Brooklyn-Schneider Hopfen Weisse.
