Amber brew with abundant foam in the Blanche de Chambly goblet. Aroma is a modest but pleasing melange of cereal and the meadow. Flavors are light and pleasant. Maybe some Wheaties plus some fruity stuff, just a touch, and fresh tortilla in the finish. I wouldn't say this tastes like a Kölsch exactly, but I am forgetting what they should taste like given the popularity of the local remakes. But it's a nice one to quaff and has a different spin than usual Lagers. From the 16 oz can purchased at Elizabeth Station. Not seeing a date.
