It is a smooth, mellow stout that never fails to please. Served in a tulip glass I t has a black appearance that doesn’t allow light to pass, with a creamy head (I think) without nitrogen enhancement. The foam is with small bubbles, and tight like a Guinness. The aroma is lightly hopped, and the foam doesn’t have the taste or smell of a nitrogen head.
The flavor is mild with no overpowering hops taste, but has excellent mouthfeel, showing the quality of the ingredients.
