Nothing says #IslandLife quite like bright, refreshing citrus and the feeling of salt in the air. Kalamansi captures that essence with flavors of orange, tangerine, kumquat, and grapefruit. A natural companion for our Gose, drink this beer and imagine the resulting of palm tree leaves and a hammock gently swaying in the breeze.

Pours hazy golden brown. Thin head. Fruity aroma. This is a nice summer beer. Fruity and refreshing. Not too sour. Could use a little salt.

Decanted from a 16 oz (473 ml) can into muffin top, taster pint; canned on September 5, 2019, code LIVIN' THE LIFE.
A: Pours a very hazy, golden to amber color (think aged brass) with a half finger head after a hard pour, rim retention but little or no lacing.
S: Aromas of lime, tangerine, lemon, sea salt, and toast/bread. I detect none of the off aromas that Goes can have when they are poured.
T: Semisweet. Flavor profile seems to emphasize the fruitier elements with little or no bitterness in evidence.
M: Medium bodied with low effervescence; substantial.
O: This is a solidly made Gose with rock solid flavor elements. Gorgeous nose, solid flavor and mouthfeel.

A: The beer is quite hazy dark yellow in color. It poured with a narrow collar of white bubbles around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of limes and tangerines are present in the nose.
T: The taste is slightly sour but is mostly dominated by flavors of limes and lime zest with some notes of tangerine and hints of saltiness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and slightly tart on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I found the aromas and flavors of Kalamansi in this beer to be unique and enjoyable.
