Served from a cask at the Alementary Brewing Co. in Hackensack, NJ.
A: Pours a cloudily opaque, dark golden color (think aged brass) with fluffy, foamy, fine one finger head, more than rim retention and lathery lacing.
S: Fruity with aromas of Orange creamsicle, papaya, light mango, caramel, and very light pine.
T: Surprisingly dry. Flavor profile is a light melange consisting of citrus, particularly orange, papaya, and ripe peach. Bitterness light, but enough to leave a very clean, refreshing finish.
M: Light to medium bodied with solid effervescence. Smooth, velvety to silk, and rich.
O: This was a superb, cask APA. Best I have ever had out of a cask. Please keep making it; can it and I'll come out to NJ just to get it.
