330ml bottle poured into tulip 21/5/12

A clear golden with some tiny suspended particles and lots of carbonation, thumbs width of cream colored head slowly falls to a thick film leaving several pencil thin rings of lace well down the glass

S grainy malt that's a little sweet, slightly floral and grassy, just a little booze

T not far from the smell, sweet corny malt and a little grassy hops, faint booze and candied corn

M fairly full for the color with good carbonation, sweet aftertaste

O easy enough to drink and lacks the solvent characteristic of many of the bock's I've had lately

well hidden booze but still pretty basic, decent beer but nowhere near making up for the money I dropped on the "Best Of Bock Box"

Copper color, clean. Average foam, beige in color.
Quite strong maltiness, full at the nose. Some light hop behind.
At the taste the malt rules, and it is a little too heavy. There is also something aromatic, mint-like.
It is a bock really loaded. Full body.
Malty aftertaste, and again light notes of something aromatic. And a little bitterness.

One of 6 beers a friend recently brought over that are brewed in her town in Austria. Definitly the star of the group.
Pours a butterscotch color with a big creamy off white head.
Great smells of malt, citrus fruit and zesty, almost perfumy hops.
Taste was a kicked up, more complete version of the smell.
Excellent balance of flavors. Nice sweet grainy malt backbone enhanced by a bit of caramel and a clean, aromatic
citrusy/spicy hop bitterness. There was an almost bubblegum fruitiness in the finish.
Medium bodied with a full round mouthfeel and excellent carbonation.
Scary drinkable for 7.0abv. No noticeable alcohol at all.
Excellent stuff. Sort of like a Maibock on steroids.
