330ml bottle poured into pint glass 7/10/12
A clear golden liquid with lots of big bubbles and a long lasting thick film of foam, lots of random lace from just the thin is surprising
S honey, cardboard, wet hay and sweet grainy malts
T more of the same really, sweet grains with slight metallic corny thing going on, nothing special but not quite offensive
M watery with big bubbles, aftertaste leaves a little to be desired
O drinkable but that's about it, I wouldn't go reaching for a second but I'd drink another if it was passed to me
basic stuff, not impressive but not offensive either just plain old average beer

.5L emptied into a Pilsener.
A: Pours clear gold with a foamy 2-finger white head which receeds to a thin ring. Decent lace throughout.
S: Sweet caramel malt, herbal hops, honey, grain.
M: Medium bodied with good carbonation.
T: Bitter sweet malt, earthy hops dominate here, with the malt forming a nice base underneath, really nicely balanced. Clean, dry finish with a slightly astringent aftertaste.
D: Really nice. The mixture of Pilsener and caramel malts works to this beer's advantage. Spicy and refreshing. Worth seeking this one out.

Golden yellow. Scarce foam, but white, and of average compactness.
Malt covered with some hops in the smell. Nothing to remember, anyway.
Malty taste, a little warm. Hop still present, in the beginning.
Average body, malty aftertaste, with a comebck of hop.
Quite carbonated.

The flagship beer of this brewery. Labeled as a Vollbier but Czech Pilser seems like the style.
Pours a golden color with a big, large bubbled white head. Lots of carbonation.
Smells grainy with some zesty citrus peel and a tart yeast aroma. There was also a mild metallic smell.
Nice balance of rich malt flavor and a spicy hop bitterness. Some tangy fruits in the finish.
Light bodied with a crisp finish and a full, carbonated mouthfeel.
Good drinkability. It was rich in flavor but seemed light at the same time.
