Pours a dark brown coloration with a medium, frothy head. There's a definite estery sweet banana aroma there that really comes out after swirling the beer, but also slight hints of coffee and roasted malt. Taste follows the nose, with an estery banana off-flavor detectable that is pretty mild though and thankfully mostly overshadowed by roasted malt, caramel and coffee notes. Medium bitterness and decent mouthfeel. This could be a lot better if it wasn't for the estery off-flavor.
