Big head and impressive lace on this weird find from the low country. Nose is hazy and grassy with a little bit of wayward citrus. The flavor starts the same but loses the hops partway through and kind of enters this malty wateriness that is partly rescued later by a strong medicinal and herbal hopping. A bit of late oiliness makes this both bitter and astringent in the finish. Probably not for everyone.

Draft at Harold's Cabin.
Hazy saturated orange, dense foam and drippy lace.
Citrus orange peel aroma, maybe tangerine.
Taste is firmly bitter and hoppy, citrus rind and bitter orange zest. Dry earthy aftertaste that lingers. Medium bodied, bitter and dry. Overall this was a well balanced and pretty solid IPA.
