I rarely ever give beers a perfect review but at the time of writing in my notebook I gave this brew a very rare 10/10. Nicely balanced with a not-too-sweet cherry cordial flavor. And I'm not even big on the fruity beers!

Uncommonly common, an indigenous taste of the Carolinas find home in the Bhramari Brewhouse. With a sweet corn base and a plethora of caramel, other hints of fruit, hops and attitude only add to the beer's uniqueness.
Above its hazy bronzen-orange pour, a creamy froth begins to mount. A swirl of caramel and cream fills the nose with soft hints of creme brule and cereal. Mild citrus aromas lead to a first sip of cream corn, raw grain, and bready-rich barley- all sharing a simple malt sweetness.
Remaining creamy and sweet, hints of circus peanuts come to mind. Caramel eventually finds a balance in hops, bringing an orange peel bitterness with its marmalade fruitiness. Light apple and lemon play delicately behind as the taste closes lightly grassy and peppery.
Medium-bodied with continued grain creaminess, the light minty spice that lingers shortly after the cereal dissipates offers a mild reprieve from the caramel and corn.
