Had on tap. Murky golden pour, no head, odd for style. Smell has the promised brine and salt notes in a big way, lemon and big wheat that comes across a bit raw, concerning. Taste is somehow worse, SO much worse. Take a gose but instead of being tart just make it salty and briney with yeast and wheat that come across like cardboard flavoring, yikes. Feel takes on the oyster embodiment, but there is nothing else appealing here, salty, broke yeast and no snap.
