A: Pours a murky medium bright golden yellow in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising along the edges of the glass and moderate honey + apricot + bright yellow colored highlights. The beer has a two finger tall dense sudsy foamy bright white head that reduces to a large patch of mottled very thin film covering the entire surface of the beer and a thin ring a the edges of the glass. Light to moderate amounts of lacing are observed
S: Slightly stronger than moderate aromas of tropical/guava, tropical/papaya, and citrus/grapefruit hops over the top of light to moderate aromas of biscuit + toasted malts with light to moderate amounts of lactose sweetness. Hints of vanilla.
T: Upfront there are moderate flavors of biscuit + toasted malts with a light to moderate amount of lactose sweetness. There is a light flavor of graham crackers and hints of vanilla. That is followed by moderate to strong flavors of juicy tropical/guava, tropical/papaya, and citrus/grapefruit hops which have a hint of bitterness which fades away almost instantly leaving a juicy tropical fruit hoppiness lingering.
M: Medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Initially slightly crisp with a light to moderate amount of dryness in the finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and enjoyable juicy hop aromas + flavors with a reasonable amount of lactose sweetness and hints of vanilla. Enjoyable.
