Double Vanilla Milkshake IPA
Hop profile, Sabro, Citra, Mosaic
Cloudy honey colored thick appearance. Inch thick soapy head that quickly dissipates, no cap or lacing.
Aroma of vanilla, berries, tropical notes and coconut. Slight earthy grassy note
Taste is fruity and slightly sweet, lychee and a floral perfume like taste. Milky and some alcohol on the back of the tongue
Mouthfeel is creamy and thick, low carbonation and a bit sticky. There is a lingering burnish feel on the tongue
Overall it’s pretty unique tasting, on the heavy side but fairly easy drinking. Not a beer to have more than one at a time, in my opinion. Definitely layered flavors and pungent.
