This beer was labeled as "Project Darkness: Barrel Aged Chocolate Cake"; listed as 10% ABV, 70 IBUs; my draft was a nitro version; an imperial stout aged for 8 months in bourbon and rum barrels then dosed with cocoa and vanilla; this is the best beer I have ever had from True West, a tad bit boozy from the barrels but excellent and would hold its own against many renowned stouts
