L: Mid yellow, plenty of foam.
S: Vegetal - some forest, some grass, a hint of cereals
T: Pleasingly complex. A touch of fruity sweetness at first moving to something much drier and more bitter.
F: Good, easy drinking. Excellent level of carbination.
O: Not a classic NE or WC IPA but very satisfying and not ridiculously strong. I would definitely order this again.

Golden beer with two inches of dense white foam. Lots of lacing and a good retention. Smells like grassy abd earthy hops, piney, with some cereals. Not really on the tropical fruit side but rather on the resinous side of the hops. There is even a little tartness-like smell that I can sense. Taste is very resinous, and very dry, almost too dry. The bitterness is very gentle, but the astringency spoils a little bit of the fun. Some grapefruit quality at the end of the sip. Not the best IPA I've had, but I can see myself craving this type of beer. Something very dry and resinous. The carbonation is good.

A-Golden yellow with a chill haze. White head that lingers and is able to be built back up with a swirl
S-Weak pilsner type malt aroma with a subtle herbal grassy hop arrangement
M-Medium to light mouthfeel with carbonation low.
T-Low end hint of sweetness at the front with a bitterness that asserts itself at the back of the throat quickly.
O-A decent IPA from Quebec that presents a bitter ending aftertaste with a brief sweet ride to get you there...

Bottle: Poured a clear golden color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy and light piney hops notes is pleasant. Taste is also a good mix of citrusy and piney hops notes with some light bitter notes noticeable. Body is about average with good carbonation. Well brewed IPA but the tropical notes mentioned on the label are hard to distinguish.
