Crusty white rim and deep glowing orange. 4
Cloying honeypot and malt syrup sweetness. 3.25
Oyster cracker and apricot, sweet middle, Tang and floral end. 3.5
Fizzy, light, slight cling. 3.75
Jun 10 bottling in August is promising, though the brewery is about 2 miles from my hotel. There’s Cascade-y hops in the right doses and it looks well. But priming with “miel de Castilla” clashes with the salt in the body. Opens into apricot pastry that smothers the hops. Seems to need salty food. Confused. 3.75

From Club del Gourmet of El Corte Ingles. In Teku glass. Watching True Detective. Vulgar amateurish brew. Overcarbonated, yeasty and with worst taste than usual in this kind of brews. Avg 1.97
