I found this 33cl dark green bottle in Moscow's best beer kiosk. It has a black label with green writing below a cannibis leaf. Ingredients include hemp extract. Best before 12/05, I took my first toke on 8/27/05.
Pours clear gold under a one finger white head that fades quckly to film and collar, leaving a couple of runny spots of lace. The nose is quite malty, with a definite mown grass tone to it, plus a touch of raspberry. The mouth is well carbonated and slightly sticky. We start with a sweet opening, slightly fruity with a touch of vanilla spice. As it warms, a bit of metallic hoppy bitterness emerges from the background, but then quickly fades again. Bready malt remains, along with a touch of sweetness. Inoffensive would be a good word to sum things up.
