This one a gift from my good friend and Phytogen cotton seed representative Marvin Stewart.
Pours a clear deep straw with nice effervescence streaming from the bottom of the glass. The pour produces 1.5 fingers of off-white, foamy, shortlived head that leaves minimal surface cap, collar and lace. Aroma is cereal grains, pilsner malt, lemon and grassy Noble hops, cream soda, mineral and a hint of sulfur. Taste is grain, pilsner, vanilla, cream soda, lemon, grass and mineral. The sulfur of the nose is missing in the mouth. Short-lived afrertaste is lightly adjunct, fruity and bitter. Mouthfeel is light bodied with moderate carbonation, more mouth coating than the body would indicate, dry and crisp. A delight to drink this one would make a great session ale.

I tried this during my bestie's member guest outing at his country club...the cabarrus country club. It poured a clear golden with white head that left a spotty lace. The scent had faint bitter hop. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it was a nice beer.

This beer is a very light cream ale. Just enough hops to taste, highly carbonated light beer. I enjoyed it, this is a great beer as an introduction beer for people who don't drink craft beers.
