De OkassionalBeer. En copa de caliz de Grimbergen. Navegando catálogos de birras para Diego. Grata sorpresa de Cardeña, bastante superior a lo que esperaba. Una dubbel nada aspera, con un agradable perfil acaramelado que no se hace nada cabezona.

Served from the bottle in a Boulevard tall tulip.
Pours a partly hazy burnt sienna-garnet topped by a finger of light khaki foam. The nose comprises clove, mild raisin, rich caramel, mild maple syrup, light marble rye, and a touch of general Belgian yeast. The taste brings in more of the same, the spices melding nicely with the underlying malts. The body is a light-leaning medium, with a light moderate carbonation and a drying finish. Pretty tasty dubb.
