Appearance: Arrive cloudy and honey colored with a modest head that leaves a few shards
Smell: Wheat bread and banana
Taste: Wheat bread and banana forward; some toffee sweetness builds, after the swallow
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation
Overall: Solid hefe - something you don't see very often at a brewpub

Had on tap at brewery. Nice opaque yellow. Nailed that nice bready hefe aroma. A little less strength in the taste but very good with light mouthfeel. A little light in feel but a very nice hefe. Nothing "extra", just a well brewed hefe for those of us who like the style.
