Bright golden yellow in the glass with a white ring of foam around the edges. Smell is more tripel than IPA. Fruit forward with a piney back end. The taste follows the smell but finishes a tad too bitter for my taste. Sweet forward with apple orchard followed by a strong piney dry ending. Feel is medium and not too carbonated; pleasant. Overall a good example of the two styles mixed. Would prefer it to be slightly more juicy but pretty solid nonetheless.
