Beer Review # 1981, the year of my birth :D
From the 03/29/18 can release?
Appearance - Pours hazy and dull golden yellow with an off-white, near two-finger width head. Fair retention, resulting in a thin, broken layer of suds. Not much for lacing save a handful of tiny spots.
Smell - The aroma hits on notes of fresh juicy orange, pineapple and a hint of mango.
Taste - Follows the nose. Orange and mild pineapple mostly with lesser mango rounding out the fruitiness. Slightly grainy malt undertone. Finish brings a bit of orange pith bitterness.
Mouthfeel - Medium-bodied with tingly carbonation. Drinks easy, but suffers from a somewhat lifeless finish.
Overall - Pretty good hazy. Lots of juiciness. A little flat, but it wouldn't stop me from picking this up again, granted they release another batch.
