Coloração belíssima,avermelhada,turva,frisante,espuma branca com boa formação e baixa retenção ;aroma frutado(framboesa,goiaba,amora),sabor àcido,frutado,leve azedume e picancia ,amargor ausente;baixo corpo,final e retrogosto com dulçor ácido.
