Pours a finger and half of head on a cloudy straw body.
The aroma is strong grain and barnyard.
The taste is watery, grain and lemon.
The texture is smooth with low carbonation.
It's fine.

Large pop-top bottlefrom the brewery. Ceramic pop-top has an M written on it. Orange-amber hazy body with a little less than an inch of off-white head that dissipates leaving some pretty good lacing. Caramel malt and citrus hops share the aroma fairly equally. Tastes somewhat nutty and fruity, with some hop character, roast, and pepper, as well as hints of diacetyl. Clean finish. More flavor emerges as it hits cellar temperature. Light-to-medium, somewhat aqueous body with less-than expected carbonation. Fairly drinkable, Pretty good maibock, and a damn nice beer.
