I am on vacation in Portugal and trying some local beers. Poured from an 11.2 oz. can. Has a black color with a 1 inch head. Smell is of roasted malts. Taste is roasted malts, slightly sweet, very eay drinking. Feels medium bodied in the mouth and overall is a decent beer.

33 cl. can coded "L044420 4606XX 04/12/2025". Sampled on 30 November 2024
,59€ @ Continente, Nazare, Portugal
Notes via stream of consciousness: It's poured a very dark brown body that appears black in the full glass beneath a short head of tan that drops fairly readily but maintains a thin collar. The aroma is clean, and lightly chocolatey and roasty. The taste is fuller as is almost always the case and it's surprisingly chocolatey. There's some minor caramel and dark bread in there, and an ashen roastiness. No real hops appear as would be expected. It's nicely balanced and rounded but a little bit lacking overall. It's an acceptable beer without any real flaws but it's obviously a price point beer. In the mouth it's medium bodied and gently crisp. The lacing is limited. You get what you pay for.
