The place is kind of cool, small inside but lots of outdoor seating surrounding the building with lots of picnic style tables. Good local beers well above average, although not quite my favorite local brewery as far as beer goes. Lots of milkshake IPAs, which isn’t my thing, but if it is yours you should definitely visit.

Guggman Haus massively expanded with a large new taproom. It still has the large patio with picnic tables, but the new building has a large square tasting room and an event space behind it through double doors where there is a bar and tables and people do trivia and other events. You pay for the beer at the taps near the entrance, and order food from a kitchen station beyond. The inside has a number of large oak tables and several plush leather couches and chairs. A couple of facing leather couches near the front have a fireplace and an end table with about 30 board and card games. The food isn’t bad but note that it isn’t full service. The beers have improved and there is a decent variety on tap, although they still put lactose in too many stouts and IPAs. Overall Guggman Haus is turning into one of the better breweries in Indianapolis.

Great new place with a large outdoor patio.
Lots of picnic tables on a cement yard just off a fine wooden deck. Room for 150+ outside.
Inside has communal tables, cozy couches, and four tops with the ordering space (no real bar to speak of) on one side and a fireplace on the other. Room for 100+ easy and there's another room for parties or just overflow.

Games, puzzles, and music are free to enjoy.

The beers seemed a bit limited, with 3 milkshake ipa's and another 3 NEIPA, but the pils was delicious and clean.

Food was a perfect fit and the horseradish mustard may have burned some hairs.

Pleasant and knowledgeable service that effortlessly makes you feel at home.

Probably the nicest brewery I've been to that is still, basically a house. I was really surprised at the high quality they crank out. I was told that they are going to build a much bigger taproom. That'll be nice, but something about sitting around in a living room, having beers is pretty relaxing.
