Paris 3/4 2026. 33 cl bottle from MonoPrix, Rue la Boëtie, Paris 8e. Yellow and green label with a touch of Jugend style.
Pours unclear, almost hazy, golden yellow with a small white head. Stable. Settles as a thin, uneven layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a light odor of ripe stone fruit mingling with a stronger citric scent. Sweet peach. Citrus and lime.
Strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lively and tingling texture. Fizzy.
Flavor is medium intense with a light sweetness followed by a slightly stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is tart and bitter. Lingers for a bit. Finish is quite dry.
Fresh and refreshing. A little thin in flavor.

Poured cloudy yellow body with a huge white foam head, mild lacing. Smells of grassy hops with lemon pith, pale malt and a hint of old pressed flowers. Taste is much the same, yeast is lighter and airy with mild bread tones. Feel is pale in a bittering way before airy yeast and pale malt round out with a stupid high carbonation level, thinner overall
